2. What information do we collect?
When you log in to the MeshPro Portal, we collect:
- Login information from Auth0, our authentication provider — your email address and name, and, if you choose to sign in with a Google account, the basic profile information Google shares (email, name, profile picture).
- Usage data related to your use of the portal (e.g. which projects/connections you manage), used solely to provide the service itself.
Our website uses Plausible Analytics, a cookie-free analytics service that does not collect personally
identifiable information and does not track individual users across visits.
3. How do we use this information?
- To authenticate you and grant access to the MeshPro Portal.
- To ensure the security and traceability of logins.
- To respond to your inquiries.
We do not use your information for marketing purposes without your consent.
4. Who do we share information with?
- Auth0 (Okta, Inc.) — our processor for authentication.
- Google — if you choose to sign in with a Google account, subject to Google's own privacy policy.
We never sell personal data to third parties.
5. Data retention
Personal data is retained for as long as your access to the MeshPro Portal remains active, or as long as required by law.
6. Your rights
Under the Icelandic Data Protection Act (No. 90/2018) and the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we process about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data, subject to any applicable legal retention requirements.
- Object to processing or withdraw consent.
- Lodge a complaint with the Icelandic Data Protection Authority (personuvernd.is).
